At Upfront Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, defective, counterfeit, or wrongly delivered products are eligible for a full refund or replacement, even beyond 30 days in some cases.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or perishability:
- Perishable Goods: Food, groceries, flour, cold-pressed oils, aromatic spices, and other edible items.
- Intimate & Personal Care Products: Health, hygiene, or sanitary goods.
- Cosmetic Products: Skincare, haircare, beauty essentials, and makeup products once opened or used.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or restricted chemicals.
- Gift Cards & Downloadable Software Products.
3. Partial Refunds & Exceptions
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Any item returned after 30 days of delivery, unless covered under consumer protection laws.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 days, as per Indian e-commerce regulations.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider (processing delays may occur).
- Contact your bank (some banks take additional processing time).

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, email us at upfrontstore.in@gmail.com and send your item to 58 Jagriti Vihar Ring Road, Nathanpur Dehradun 248014, Uttarakhand.
8. Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return approval.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
9. Shipping Returns
To return your item, mail it to 58 Jagriti Vihar Ring Road, Dehradun 248014, Uttarakhand.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
- For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
10. Dispute Resolution

- Consumer Protection Forums (Consumer Courts) in India.
- Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanisms as per Indian e-commerce laws.
